3. If more than one person is interested in an item, it becomes an auction with minimum bid increment of rm3.

It is the fastest, safest way to ship your garments. PosExpress costs RM4.5, and is also fast (1-2 working days), but the parcel will be left in your mailbox and no signature is needed.
